Society Hill in Newark is managed by a board of trustees. The Board meets on the third Monday of each month. It is at this time the board discusses the business issues at hand such as; homeowner issues, yearly budget, vendor review, contracts, complex improvements, etc. On the third Monday of each month at 7:30 PM the board opens the meeting to homeowners.
